Those who have a thirst for adventure. Those seeking skills that are in high demand and desiring a rewarding career not found in typical nine-to-five desk jobs.

What will you learn?

You will learn the basic skills needed for commercial diving; both surface supplied and SCUBA diving. The curriculum includes a balance of lecture and practical hands-on courses to develop the skills and experience needed. Safe diving procedures, professional work habits, how to perform work tasks underwater, and technical diving skills are all covered.

What are the two tracts of specialization?

Dive Medic Technician (DMT)

Prepares students to be a Dive Medic Technician, by completion of courses in advanced medical aspects of diving and hyperbaric medicine. Students will also complete basic training in emergency medical technician EMT basic.

Nondestructive Testing (NDT)

Prepares students to be a Nondestructive Inspector by completion of courses in visual inspection, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and weld inspection of various structures.
